She said, ‘You know what I would love to do, is go up in a hot-air balloon.’ I looked at her, and I said, ‘Take your calendar out and let’s get that booked!’ We picked her up a couple of weeks later at 4 o’clock in the morning, and we took her up for that experience. So when you ask me what do I remember from last year, it’s not that big account we landed. It’s experiences like this that make me so grateful that I get to do what I do every day.”
